Calling pumpkin lovers 🎃💕

Gearing up for fall but holding onto summer with a smoothie, can’t go wrong!
This tastes like dessert without tons of syrup and added sugars like lots of fall treats. 💕
Not to mention, pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A, C, potassium, manganese, B2, E, and iron. This is great to help support a healthy immune system and a healthy heart.
All you need:
🎃 1/4 cup pumpkin
🎃 1 @blenderbombs
🎃 1 scoop protein powder (I used my Be Well By Kelly unflavored protein)
🎃 1 banana
🎃 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
🎃 1 tbsp nut butter
🎃 2 tbsp (or a heavy sprinkle) pumpkin pie spice
🎃 1 tbsp of cinnamon
🎃 A couple of ice cubes if you like if extra
🎃 Nut milk or water ( I pour usually about 5 seconds worth 🤷🏼♀️)
Blend it all up & taste the pumpkin pie 🥧🎃 so freakin good!
