Recipe: Happy Hormone Iced Tea


Ice tea is such a great refreshing beverage in the hotter months. And this one is for my ladies out there who are experiencing some not-great PMS symptoms. Maybe need a little but more hydration too?


You'll want to make a big pitcher and keep this in your fridge all summer long!


Raspberry leaf tea has been seen to not only improve your PMS symptoms but it's loaded with antioxidants. Adding some lemon and coconut water for added electrolytes makes this a no-brainer. What you need:

4-5 bags of Red Raspberry leaf tea

1/2 lemon

Coconut water


What to do:

Boil hot water in a tea kettle and steep the tea bags for 10-15 minutes.


Squeeze half a lemon and then chill in the fridge.


I filled a glass 3/4 with tea and topped off with coconut water. But find the ratio that works for you!
