Recipe: Lemon Chia Seed Protein Balls

Come prep with me for when Beckham arrives. I’m stocking my freezer with meals and snacks to have ready for those sleep-deprived days when we don’t want to cook and haven’t been to the store!

These protein balls are a new recipe I’m trying. I wanted something with less chocolate that I could grab if I need in the early hours that are still tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I always use Be Well By Kelly protein!)

  • 2¼ Cup almond Flour

  • 2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

  • 4 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 5 Tbsp Water

  • Dash Pink Himalayan Salt

  • 1 tbsp Tbs Chia Seeds

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until a dough forms

Scoop out about 2 tsp of dough and roll between palms to form protein balls.

OR

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months (protein balls do get hard in freezer, so leave them out to thaw for a few minutes before enjoying).
