What you need:
1-1/2 cup of frozen peaches
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp cottage cheese
1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower for extra frozen texture
Unsweetened Nut Milk (amount based on desired consistency)
Toss it all into a blender and mix until desired consistency! Serve with some granola on top for a little extra crunch.
