Recipe: Vanilla Matcha Energy Balls

Having quick nourishing snacks is something that I love all the time but especially in the summer! I find myself reaching for light snacks more frequently. I'm also a lover of the power balls since they are an easy way to get some nourishment when in a pinch.


This one has the added power of Matcha so there is some caffeine in this recipe.



What you need:

4 packets of Pique Sun Goddess Matcha

1 1/2 - 2 cups of Nut Butter (I used Nuttzo because it has extra nuts and seeds added in)

1 cup of sprouted oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp honey


What to do:

Mix in all ingredients in a bowl and set in the fridge for about 20-30 mins.


Roll into balls and place in an airtight container in the fridge.
